By downloading, installing, or using the CharSwap mobile application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our App.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and VKL Apps ("we", "us", or "our") regarding your use of the CharSwap application.
2. Description of Service
CharSwap is a mobile application that uses artificial intelligence technology to swap characters in videos. The service includes:
- AI-powered video processing using Alibaba's Wan 2.2 technology
- User account management and authentication
- Video storage and processing history
- Multi-language support
- Cloud-based processing services
3. User Accounts
3.1 Account Creation
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account
- One person or entity may maintain only one account
3.2 Account Security
- You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
- You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
- We are not liable for any loss arising from unauthorized use of your account
4. Acceptable Use
4.1 Permitted Uses
- Personal, non-commercial use of the App
- Creating content for entertainment purposes
- Sharing processed videos on social media platforms
4.2 Prohibited Uses
You agree not to use the App for:
- Creating deepfake content for malicious purposes
- Impersonating others without consent
- Creating content that violates applicable laws
- Uploading copyrighted material without permission
- Attempting to reverse engineer or hack the App
- Using the App for commercial purposes without permission
- Creating content that is defamatory, harassing, or harmful
5. Content and Intellectual Property
5.1 Your Content
- You retain ownership of content you upload to the App
- You grant us a license to process your content for the service
- You are responsible for ensuring you have rights to upload content
5.2 Our Content
- The App and its technology are protected by intellectual property laws
- You may not copy, modify, or distribute our technology
- Our AI processing algorithms are proprietary
6. Payment and Billing
6.1 Welcome Bonus
- We may offer free credits as a welcome bonus to new users upon account creation, subject to availability and current promotional rules
- Welcome bonus credits, if offered, can be used immediately after registration
- Welcome bonus is a one-time offer per user account, when available
- The amount of welcome bonus credits, if any, is determined by our current policies and may change at any time without prior notice
6.2 Subscription Model
- Our service operates on a subscription model with weekly billing
- Subscription features require payment through app stores
- All transactions are processed by Google Play Store or Apple App Store
- Refunds are subject to the policies of the respective app stores
- We may offer free trial periods for new subscribers, subject to availability and current promotional rules
- Trial periods, if offered, may include free credits as determined by our current policies
- The duration and terms of any trial period may vary and are subject to change at any time without prior notice
- Subscriptions automatically renew weekly unless cancelled
- You can cancel your subscription at any time through the app store
- We may change subscription pricing with reasonable notice
6.3 Subscription Features
- Weekly Creator Plan: $3.69/week provides 20 credits per week
- Credits accumulate over time if not used immediately
- Weekly credits are automatically added to your account each week
- Trial periods and free credits, if offered, are subject to our current promotional rules and may vary or be discontinued at any time
- If a trial period is available, you may cancel anytime during the trial period to avoid charges
6.4 Credit Packages (Legacy)
- One-time credit packages may be available for purchase
- Package availability may vary by app version
- Credits from packages do not expire
7. Privacy and Data Protection
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from:
- Your use of the App
- Your violation of these Terms
- Your violation of any third-party rights
- Content you upload or create using the App
11. Termination

- You may stop using the App at any time
- You may delete your account through the App settings

- We may suspend or terminate your account for violations
- We may discontinue the service with reasonable notice
- We may terminate accounts that are inactive for extended periods
12. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes through the App or by email. Your continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
13. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts of Brazil.
